A. Obviously every remodel is different. The related costs are simply based on time and materials. Though Jeff bids some of his jobs, he prefers a “cost plus” approach. That means the cost of time and materials involved, plus 20%.

Q. How long will it take to complete my job?

A. This is of course is relative to the size and complexity of the project. If you talk to someone who has been through a remodel before, they will most likely tell you it took longer than they expected.

It’s a fact ­ construction work takes time, and remodeling is no different. The difference is, that with Jeff, he will communicate with you and let you know what’s happening at all times. And he will honestly strive to keep the remodel time to a minimum.

Q. Can I stay in my home during the remodel?

A. Unless you are having your entire home modeled, you certainly can stay in your house. Just know that with remodeling comes a lot of noise, sometimes and outer elements, an invasion of your privacy with workers coming in and out, and of course lots and lots of dust.
